How do we get saved from the fires of hell?

According to Jesus:

¹⁶ For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. ¹⁷ For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16

³² “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. ³³ But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven. Matthew 10:32-33

According to Paul as led by the Holy Spirit:

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. ¹⁰ For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10: 9-10

Three common words: believe, confess, Jesus.

So how do we get saved?

1. Believe that the Lord Jesus is truly the Son of God, that He is the Christ, the Savior who saved you from your sins in the cross. But He did not remain dead. He rose again and is now glorified in heaven.

2. To confess means to admit to someone else the truth. Go tell someone else who and what you believe. This shall ensure your salvation. (A repeat-after-me prayer might not work because they were not your own words.) Someone else means another person, not only to God.

How can you help your relatives and others get saved?

1. Ask them if they believe in the Lord Jesus, that He is the Christ, the Savior, the Son of God who died on the cross for their sins and is now risen and glorified. A simple “yes” will save them from eternal damnation.

Question asked by Timothy: Lord, what churches should we include in our Christian magazine?

[Answer from God the Father] Timothy, My will is this, in regards to the book of those who are, and work, in Christ:

Leave out not one church, who confess their belief in Christ Jesus, but shun all those who do not confess. Though they, who have confessed, are misled, yet because they have confessed, in this they are saved...

For faith in Christ will save them from their iniquities.

Those, who have not confessed, are lost... These I will not hear! To deny The Son is to deny The Father, and these I will not hear!...

For The Father judges all the churches through Christ Jesus.

So happiness, joyfulness and glory,

To all those who confess and believe in Jesus The Christ...

For gladly do I hear them...

Even their very thoughts do I know.
